Sofia Doniants was born in Moscow. In 2012 she graduated from the Russian Academy of Theater Arts (GITIS). She played in the Pokrovka Theater in the plays "War and Peace. Princess Mary", "My poor Marat", "Hamlet", "Tartuffe", "A Month in the village", "Arbenin" and others.
